Cold and Flu season, 2005
-
After nearly 12 years, 11 kids and six albums, we'll be at SXSW in Austin, on Saturday, March 19. We play at 10 pm at Friends (208 E. Sixth St.) Scotty, who moved to Vermont last summer, is making the trip, as is our pedal steel hombre, Barry Hensley, as is Catalpa Boy Josh Housh from SF on musical saw and various noisemakers, so this one should be a certifiable hoot. (press info)
- Local weekly The Other Paper gives some year-end props.
-

- Track of ours "Kew Garden Hills" appears on a new sampler from our Euro label, Houston Party, along with fine music makers like Rogue Wave, Anomoanon, Shins, Iron & Wine
- Just did interviews for No Depression and Go! in Spain
- Copies of "East of Eager" go out to college and otherwise good radio stations across the land, contact Vitriol Radio if you'd like a copy for your station.
- Back from two great shows in San Francisco, at 12 Galaxies and the amazin' Hotel Utah. A preview from S.F. Weekly. From the Hotel Utah show, Half Life.
